Give Your Site A Boost Using On-Page SEO

Most beginners to online marketing simply skip over trying to rank in Google because learning SEO scares them. The specific on-page SEO considerations are few but very important for many reasons, and we will share some helpful insights with you on this subject. For more information: cheap search engine optimization

There is a point at which you have too many links to external sites, and that can cause certain problems. You should try to limit the number of external links you have on your pages. You never want to ever be mistaken as a site that is solely for linking. We are not sure why you would want to do that, but just be sure you avoid having dozens of links. You can find all kinds of numbers around the net, but we do not link out to more than probably one dozen sites. Your on-page SEO plus the issue of number of links leaving your site are those things we must do for search engines. Show the search engines that your website offers real value and isn't a link farm that's creating un-needed junk in cyberspace.

Have fresh content regularly updated on your website, by adding more and more pages with time. You want to keep your site fresh because that helps to make it sticky.

If you are building this kind of site, until you achieve truly massive scale you must keep at it. It is not necessarily the content or keeping it fresh that makes all the difference with ranking, but that will help a lot. If you are unable to hire writers, then the best thing is to just make it a priority and create two articles per week. This is the trade-off, you work hard up front and the payoff will hopefully arrive down the line.

Most marketers recommend to avoid using hyphens in the URL because it has been seen that search engines usually favor websites that don't have hyphens in their URL. Make your business decision about it, and in this case either way will not really hurt you. But you should really not have more than several hyphens because it starts getting way too ugly.

This is by no means all there is to optimizing your pages, but it is a good introduction and is accurate. There are a lot of other considerations involved with SEO, but it is doable and you should have confidence that you can achieve it.
