Creating an Internet marketing product may be your first idea when you decide to try out Internet marketing. This is common among newbie 'net marketers, because they know they buy marketing info products, so others will, too.

But when it comes to the Internet marketing niche, is it too saturated? Yes, in some ways. But if you can create a unique slant on an old idea, then you can definitely prosper just as well as the others who dropped anchor in this niche years ago.

The World Wide Web is always changing, and new things are being created that give you an opportunity to break out onto the Internet marketing scene with a unique product that sells well despite the number of competitors in that niche.

Staying away from the Internet marketing niche and going to niches like dog care or financial advice is also something you may want to consider. A niche can be profitable as long as there's traffic and interest.

Since some new marketers have specialties outside of Internet marketing, they write an eBook telling other marketers how they do what they did after launching an information product about their specialty.

There's really no way for a niche to become fully saturated. There's always a way to come up with a new slant for an old idea as long as there's continued interest. This is done by print publications all the time. When a writer submits to a magazine a story, old ideas are taken and the editor is convinced that they're able to write about it in a manner that's fresh.

Convincing others that their niche is saturated is something many Internet marketers tend to do. The question is why? That's because they don't want the competition from you.

Visiting third party product sites like ClickBank and seeing how many products for the idea is available is a way to determine if a niche is truly saturated.

Ask yourself if you can come up with a better way of doing things if you see 20 eBooks on affiliate marketing. To position you as an expert in a particular niche, all it takes sometimes is having verifiable proof of your won success. There's always a chance that consumers are looking for someone new to give them information and this will give you an edge from your competitors.
