If you really want to make a mark in online business, then you have to make sure your site design is up to par. We are always forming impressions and opinions about everything we see, and the same goes for visiting a website. The design of the website is visual and has imagery, and that is the first thing that helps to create our opinions and feelings. There are tons of things that affect conversions, and one of the very first things is the impression they get after they arrive. We cannot discuss all aspects of site design, but here are just a couple that you need to think about in relation to your site. Even if all three tips cannot be immediately useful to you, or implemented right away, we feel you can use at least one or two of them. Imagine a different scenario in which you take one new method and apply it to as much of the online scope as possible. Sure, we all like to enjoy life and the fruits of our labor, but you should not let things get out of hand in that regard. The history of the net is full of all kinds of stories, and the dangers from getting lazy are very real and not to be taken lightly. We have talked to you about andrew gotti, today, and we suggest you forget all the hype and look at your business as a very serious business that you grow and build all the time. The competition is always working to grab your market share, and you never know when or if your one trick marketing pony could become obsolete the next day.
Give your filenames, which are your webpages, names that actually inform people and bots about your pages. The reason for this is, when search engines go through your website they look at the file names and search for any keywords that they could rank your site for. But you do not want to use a secondary keyword in this instance; instead, make it the primary. Do not put the words together with no spaces at all, and the way to write them for the bots is with a hyphen between the words. If you use no spaces and the words are next to each other the bots will not read them properly. This is a point we felt was good to make here since it will help your site be more visible to your visitors.
Each of your webpages should consist of a header where you have the link that goes to your site's homepage.
We recommend using the link text, Home, so people know immediately the purpose. People sometimes like going back to the homepage after they read something, so it matters for the home link to be on all site pages. You always want to be reliable and do things the same way, and that includes using a format or link template for all your pages. You can place your logo in the top left area of the header and make that a clickable home page link.
Why a Favicon is Important: "Favorite icons" or favicons are a simple feature that can really add to the overall quality of your site. Favicons give you an easy way to give your website a more legitimate and high quality appearance. This will allow you to have your logo to be displayed in the URL box. Favicons also work with social bookmarking, so as people bookmark your pages, your icon will appear, helping to make your site memorable. If your goal is to give your visitors the best possible experience on your site, you have to keep in mind that every feature, button, color, font choice, etc. will have some impact on the way your site looks and how people react to it.
