You can select any method you like but do it frequently so that Google will keep returning to your website. Google, especially since the Panda update was released, gives more value to websites that happen to be active. The longer you go between changes, the lower you will be in the search engine rankings.

Even if the content just looks duplicated you can be seriously penalized by the Google Panda update. The publishing of used content is a truly fantastic way to make certain that Google's bots and spiders do not crawl your web site. That will not be healthy for your bottom line, will it?

You want to work as hard as you possibly can to publish and earn links--both inbound and outbound. Your best option is to actually earn links from web sites which have the best reputations possible. Using directories and traffic funnels won't help you fake your reputation with Google any longer. They will look at source of the link to make certain that it is legit.
